Obsidian Inc. is currently in search of a dynamic and result-driven Sales Agent to take charge of all sales responsibilities, from lead generation to sealing the deal.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Acquire new customers using leads provided by our client Telus.
• Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their needs, addressing product-related queries, and recommending suitable solutions through face-to-face sales.
• Swiftly resolve customer complaints to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer needs, providing assistance and detailed information on product features.
• Stay well-versed in the products offered and discuss available options.
• Attain excellent customer service standards while consistently meeting the client's sales goals.

What We Seek in You:

• 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
• A proven track record of surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
