Marketing & Media Specialist

Job Description:

The Marketing & Media Specialist is a professional responsible for developing and executing marketing and media strategies to promote and publicize products or services in the field of digital currency and blockchain. They need to have knowledge in the areas of marketing and advertising and be familiar with various marketing and media communication channels. The Marketing & Media Specialist conducts market research and competitive analysis to develop effective marketing plans and strategies. They are also responsible for writing marketing materials, creating promotional videos, and promoting content on self-media platforms including social media, blogs, and WeChat Official Accounts. The Marketing & Media Specialist should be experienced in producing short videos and familiar with the operation rules of short video platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou. They have a basic understanding and awareness of the digital currency and blockchain industry, keeping up with industry trends and market dynamics. They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Develop and execute marketing and media strategies to promote products or services in the field of digital currency and blockchain.

● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand the target market and competitors.

● Develop effective marketing plans and strategies and coordinate resources for execution.

● Write marketing materials such as promotional copy, ad copy, and brochures.

● Create promotional videos and other multimedia content for marketing activities and self-media promotion.

● Manage and maintain self-media platforms, including social media, blogs, and WeChat Official Accounts, to interact with the audience and disseminate information.

● Familiar with the operation rules of short video platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou.

● Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics in the field of digital currency and blockchain.

● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, provide improvement suggestions, and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications/diplomas.

● Knowledge and experience in the field of marketing and advertising.

● Familiarity with marketing and media communication channels.

● Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to write engaging marketing materials.

● Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

● Familiarity with the operation and promotion of self-media platforms including social media, blogs, and WeChat Official Accounts.

● Experience in producing short videos and familiarity with the operation rules of short video platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou.

● Basic understanding and awareness of the digital currency and blockchain industry.

● Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, with good teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $26.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
