Main Priorities of the Marketing Specialist

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Brand Development:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the brand identity
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.

Content Creation:

  • Create and curate content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to reach target audiences.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate events, both online and offline, to promote the brand and engage with the community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Collaboration with Partners:

  • Identify and build partnerships with other businesses or influencers to expand the brand's reach.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to enhance marketing efforts.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.

Business Development:

  • Support business development efforts through lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and track interactions.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively.
  • Seek cost-effective solutions for marketing activities.

Ad Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute online and offline advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

Website Management:

  • Ensure the company website is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.

Feedback Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to make informed decisions for future marketing strategies.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback received.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing role required, preferably with a focus on social media management
  • Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brands, with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and projects simultaneously
  • Results-driven, good time management, self-starter and high attention to detail
  • Graphic design skills including Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva proficiency
  • Photography skills
  • Tech-Savviness
  • Experience in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, including ad management
  • Copywriting experience a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
  • Must have vehicle to travel to projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
