Main Priorities of the Marketing Specialist
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitors
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Development:
- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand identity
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
Content Creation:
- Create and curate content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to reach target audiences.
Event Coordination:

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing role required, preferably with a focus on social media management
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brands, with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Results-driven, good time management, self-starter and high attention to detail
- Graphic design skills including Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva proficiency
- Photography skills
- Tech-Savviness
- Experience in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, including ad management
- Copywriting experience a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems a plus
- Must have vehicle to travel to projects
