Your function
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the field of electric transport located in Boucherville, a Mechanical Engineer - Permanent position 40h per week - Hybrid.
Reporting to the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Conduct structural finite element analyses
- Work with designers to develop and improve the product, during the design and continuous improvement phases.
- Define tests and coordinate activities with the various stakeholders in order to identify and improve development.
- Interact with suppliers and follow the project through its various phases
- All other tasks related to project management

Your profile
-At least 3 years' experience in mechanical FEA in the manufacturing sector
-Bilingual French - English
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, or other relevant field
-OIQ member
-Knowledge and experience in finite element analysis
-Knowledge of Inventor, Fusion 360, Solidworks or Catia software
-Knowledge of Nastran structural analysis software, or other.
- Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience
-Hybrid position (3/2 days) on weekdays with flexible hours, full insurance, company RRSP.
