Master Mechanical Plumbing & Heating (1986) Ltd, is an Alberta owned and operated Contractor providing Mechanical services to our clients in the Multi-Family Low/High Rise and Commercial construction sectors as well as Preventative Maintenance for over 50 years. Currently with projects in Edmonton, Calgary, and Kelowna we are currently looking to add to our team of dynamic individuals in the Calgary Market.
We are accepting applications for Project Manager for projects in the Calgary Area, and offer a unique opportunity to grow with the business in this market.
Objectives:
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance.
- Lead Projects from Deployment, including schedules, scopes, budget, job plans and implementation.
- Coordinate Resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and Budget.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing day to day contact on Project status.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain internal process for managing scope during the project lifecycle. Using internal tools, such as Procore, QAQC policies and Company standards to deliver a well-organized quality project.
- Develop and maintain industry partnerships with clients, supplier, manufacturers.
- Monitor Employees and aid in Employee acquisition and retention.
- Work within a team environment with Senior management. Provide day to updates on progress.
Required Skills:
- Leadership experience in the Multi Family or Commercial mechanical industry.
- Previous Project Management experience.
- Experience in Web technologies and software platforms.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Collaborative, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of Health and Safety in accordance with company and industry standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management Certificate or PMP
- Procore or Project Management Software experience
Salary: Industry standard, based on Experience and Qualifications.
