Learn new things?Barrie Plastic Surgery is a Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery Centre that specializes in emergency cases, cancer and hand procedures as well as plastic surgery for both men and women. We offer Plastic Surgery procedures including, but not limited to; Liposuction, Abdominoplasty and Breast Augmentation in Barrie. Our aim is to help our patients feel more confident about their appearance by performing safe and effective surgical procedures.
We also have a growing non-surgical med-spa where we offer Coolsculpting, Laser, and Morpheus8, Inmode Empower Platform that require additional support alongside the current staff.
We are a fast pace office with a friendly and inviting environment. Our staff is well versed in medical office administration and is looking for an individual who would be an asset to our team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Answering phones, booking appointments and checking voicemails; as well as following up with patients, scanning in documents to EMR system, dictations, sending and receiving faxes, booking referrals and social media.
Required Work Experience:
- Must be trained in using EMR systems
- Must have Medical terminology
Education:
- Medical office experience or training
- Office administration - Medical
Skills:
- Customer service
- Excel/Word
- EMR systems
- Highly efficient typist
- Must be extremely accurate
- QuickBooks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
