Fayez Spa is seeking an experienced spa receptionist with administrative experience to join our team. Duties will include answering telephones, booking appointments, welcoming clients, retail sales, processing payments, as well as assisting the Managing Director by providing a full range of customary office administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate MUST possess at least one of these requirements:
- Previous knowledge & skill in operating Milano Software
- Previous experience with reception/front desk duties in a spa/hospitality setting
- Previous office administration experience
