SalaryRenu Spa is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our growing team. As one of the top spas in Ottawa, we offer our clients only the best in customer service and all applicants should be prepared to do so as well. If you are a professional, mature and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service and previous reception/spa experience, we would like to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Use of Spa software, email system and client management systems
- Welcoming spa guests, serving of coffee and tea and providing appropriate intake forms
- Giving spa tours to new clients
- Booking appointments with high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Service & Product knowledge
- Light cleaning and organizing
- Data entry of client information
- Filing
- Cashing out of clients
- Deliver 5 star service in all areas
-Previous Spa/Salon experience an asset,
- Reception experience required
-Evening and Weekend availability a must.

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
