```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, organizing
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and other office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
