Med Spa Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist/Administrator with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct patients and visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails
• Book patient appointments
• Process transactions (POS system)
• Coordinate schedules with staff
• Assist with patient follow-ups, re-bookings, and retention calls
• Answer questions about products and services
• Prepare, update and file patient charts
• Monitor office and medical supply inventory
• Prepare and submit purchase orders
• Prepare end-of-day closing reports
• Stock treatment rooms
• Manage clinic computers and software

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Passionate about patient care
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Jane App an asset
• Experience with product sales an asset
• Experience in the medical spa/aesthetics industry an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:
