We are looking for a Spa Receptionist/Administrator with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients and visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Book patient appointments
- Process transactions (POS system)
- Coordinate schedules with staff
- Assist with patient follow-ups, re-bookings, and retention calls
- Answer questions about products and services
- Prepare, update and file patient charts
- Monitor office and medical supply inventory
- Prepare and submit purchase orders
- Prepare end-of-day closing reports
- Stock treatment rooms
- Manage clinic computers and software
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passionate about patient care
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Jane App an asset
- Experience with product sales an asset
- Experience in the medical spa/aesthetics industry an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
