Touch of Heaven Nordic Spa & Retreat is seeking a part-time and/or full time receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and has the ability to work independently.
Duties include:
- Greeting customers and answering the phone in a polite and professional manner.
- Entering data into computer systems daily.
- Preparing daily reports by gathering, organizing, and preparing data.
- Assist in maintaining the area clean.
- Assist in laundry duties.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word. Knowledge of general office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc., is also a plus (Not required but a plus).

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
