Job Description

• Have a flexible schedule and are able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Are interested in spa treatments and related products.
• Know and are able to present the different treatment options, add-ons, and spa products in person or over the phone.
• Answer emails and phone calls and schedule appointments pro-actively maximizing availability.
• Inform practitioners of guest arrival.
• Ensure that supplies are appropriately available as per manager instructions and direction.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of previous reception experience or personal assistant either in a high-end spa environment or a business/legal setting.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language.
• Comfortable with computer systems, telephone, and email
• Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
• Experience with JaneApp software is a huge asset.
• Smart Serve Certification is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment to our guests through consistently high standards of service.
• Maintain positive guest relations.
• Maintain the highest level of guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of all areas of the spa and spa services, including retail products and face/body treatments.
• Actively demonstrate teamwork, clear communication, respect, integrity, and helpfulness.
• Schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the treatment schedule and suggest/sell retail items.
• Opening and closing shift duties.

Remuneration

• Competitive hourly pay.
