Are you interested in building a career in administration in a beautiful spa setting? We are a group of health and wellness professionals who provide quality treatments and services in a busy midtown facility.
We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. Must be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills a must and retail and merchandising experience considered an asset. Please note that we are open 7 days a week, some shifts will include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
· 1 Year Reception experience required
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Strong organizational skills
· Attention to detail
· Must be willing to take initiative
· Excellent communication skills
· Reliable and responsible
Knowledge of basic operating tools such as: MS Excel, MS Word, Booking software considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
