Medical Receptionist

We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and trilingual individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist/clerk. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required, but having experience would be an asset. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure the candidate's success in their role.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to patients.
• Assist in maintaining patient records by updating and organizing files, ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Secondary education would be an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous medical administrative experience would be considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
