PART-TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

NorthWeston Health Care Woodbridge, Ontario

Our busy doctor’s office is looking for a

PART-TIME Medical receptionist to work 2-4 days a week

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients, answering the phones, fielding patient inquiries
• Booking appointments
• Patient Call backs
• Preparing patient files and handling confidential patient information
• Work in collaboration with office staff in maintaining up to date patient charts

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have good computers skills/Comfortable with use of Electronic Medical Records
• Excellent phone and organizational skills
• Experience with Family Health Practice setting is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask

Job Type: Part-time-immediate start

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Medical office: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
