Medical Office Receptionist

We are a surgical centre with six full-time physicians, including vascular surgery, plastic surgery and contraceptive doctors, located in North York, Toronto. We aim to provide timely and modern vascular, plastic and cosmetic treatments.

Responsibilities:

Tasks will include front desk reception, registration of patients, answering and returning phone calls, scanning & electronically filing documents, email correspondence, booking appointments online and communicating with patients, processing patient invoices, opening & closing the clinic, completing tasks and emails, handling incoming calls & voice messages, turning over rooms and processing of surgical instruments, among others.

40 hours - Monday to Friday

This is a permanent position.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and energetic Medical Office Assistant
• Solid EMR skills (Accuro a must)
• Sales experience and asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
