Medical Office Receptionist

We are currently looking to hire a full-time medical administrative assistant for our cardiology clinic. Hours will be Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Friday's 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You must be a self starter and be able to work with little to no supervision. Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills required. Experience working with both paper and electronic medical files.

Key responsibilities: Reception duties, greeting and directing patients, willing to take basic patient vitals (height, weight, blood pressure), answering and directing phone calls & emails, faxing, data entry, scheduling appointments and organizing daily schedules for 3 cardiologists and 4 cardiac technicians.
