Administration/Reception
We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a busy family practice in Stoney Creek (approx. 25-35-hours per week), beginning asap.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Booking patient appointments, greeting patients, and answering the phone line
- Liaising with patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner. while maintaining privacy and confidentiality
- Maintaining patient records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information
- Scanning and faxing of patient information and reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous Family Medicine office experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills and initiative
•Practice Solutions EMR an asset
