SalaryWe are looking for a qualified receptionist/admin in a busy physiotherapy and wellness clinic. The candidate should have the following criteria.
- motivated, self-initiated, responsible, accountable and reliable.
- must be able to multitask and prioritize work depending upon importance and work independently as well in a group environment
- must have excellent telephone etiquette.
- great communication skills to work in a fast paced environment
- experience as a medical/healthcare secretary /customer service position is an asset
Qualifications:
- medical software experience
- scheduling appointments
- communicate to patients, insurance companies
Part-time position offered up to 22-28 working hours.
Mondays 4PM to 7PM, Tuesday 4PM to 7:30PM, Thursdays: 4PM to 7:30PM, Fridays: 4PM to 7PM, Saturdays: 9AM to 6PM. extra house may be needed due to the practice of our healthcare providers.
Working experience in a medical clinic will be an asset.
