NeuroGym Rehabilitation is looking for an organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. Responsibilities of the position include greeting and welcoming clients, answering phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a busy appointment calendar, administrative tasks including billing, data entry, and organizing documentation for insurance providers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a clear and professional verbal and written communication style (English required, knowledge of French is an asset), including the ability to listen carefully and work compassionately with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including communication disorders. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred. Knowledge of office and accounting procedures is an asset, including previous experience with scheduling and medical records software (experience with Jane is an asset).
Experience with writing for social media and web content would be an additional asset to the role.
