Duties:
Greets and assists with registering brokers and clients/purchasers
Answer phones, respond to emails and forward to appropriate departments
Collect deposits and provide receipts
Interfacing with attorney administration to receive and distribute client deposits
Receive and review brokerage commission invoices
Receive and review loan pre-approval letters
Follow up on simple bounced checks and contact for new valid checks
Provide superior pre-sales and post-sales service
Black Line and New Star system information entry and continuous updates
Provide quick response service on the official website
Data collection and updating of monthly reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
