About Our Client
The Company is seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Residential Project Manager to oversee and ensure the successful completion of construction projects ranging from $5 to $20 million. With a commitment to excellence and safety, the ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle while fostering positive relationships with clients, consultants, and trades.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out.
- Allocate adequate resources, develop work breakdown structures, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a risk register, adhering to company best practices.
- Continuously train on Procore upgrades and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Track project costs to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and trades.
- Resolve deficiencies in a timely manner and implement lessons learned for continual improvement.
- Attend and actively participate in OAC meetings and associated conflict resolution.
- Regularly report project status to the Project Director.
- Promote and enforce safety measures on-site.
