- Work with the Project Management team to prepare, distribute, and manage full tender packages for their high-rise residential construciton projects.
- Assemble and prepare tenders for the Project Manager to review and approve.
- Work with the Project Management team to request, prepare, negotiate, and award contracts with trades.
- Review & distribute shop drawings to relevant trades.
- Coordinate meetings & record meeting minutes.
- Creating tender packages.
- Closing contracts with trades.
- Adminstrative duties & document control.
- Preparation of monthly progress billings.
- Create & maintain various logs tracking construction documents (RFI, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to manage project documentation, submittals, reviews, and quality management processes.
- Track, monitor, and expedite submittals.
- Identify budget & scheduling issues and flag to the Project Manager.
- Distribute construction documents to the Site Superintendent, sub-contracotrs, and Project Management team.
- Participate in site meetings.
- Prepare list of close-out documents.
- Verify compliance of documents.
- Scheduling.

The successful candidate will exhibit the following experience / traits:
- 3+ years of Mid/High-Rise Residential construction experience.
- A diploma / degree in Construction Management and/or Engineering.
- An understanding of technical specifications, shop drawings, etc.
- Team player
