Job description

The Good Life Building Co. is an Ontario based construction and real estate development company, looking for a Construction Project Manager. The primary mission of the onsite Project Manager is to strategize, communicate and hold accountable onsite trades to ensure budget, schedule and quality compliance. As well they will maintain full control of the project, with the ability to work within a team of project stakeholders.

Typical projects include small and mid-size Development Projects, including apartment buildings, ranging from $1M - $10M+.

  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Understands schedules, Gantt charts and critical paths
  • High level delegation skills
  • Highly familiar with construction drawings and specifications
  • Personal calendar management
  • Safety certificates - WAH, Supervisor Competency
  • Health & Safety experience
  • Computer skills - Smartsheet, MS Office
