The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Multilingual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with Punjabi-speaking clientele and providing an inclusive and personalized car-buying experience.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers in both Punjabi and English, understanding their needs and preferences.
Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
Sales Techniques:
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively showcase the features and benefits of both new and used vehicles.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through the purchasing process.
Multichannel Sales:
Employ video presentations to showcase vehicles and engage with customers remotely.
Leverage social media platforms to reach potential customers, with a focus on the Punjabi-speaking community.
Community Connection:
Develop and maintain a strong connection within the Punjabi-speaking community.
Utilize community networks to enhance outreach and generate leads.
Lead Management:
Proactively follow up on leads generated through various channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
Sales Goals:
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Punjabi and English.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt sales techniques to various channels, including video and social media.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of current automotive trends and technology.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong connection within the Punjabi-speaking community.
