- Make decisions and handle tasks independently

- Responsible for staying informed and adhering to operational standards
- Proven computer skills, experience with OPERA and excel an asset
- Be organized, self-motivated; demonstrate service initiative
- Guest Services / accounting experience an asset
- Be available to work ‘back-shift’: 11pm – 7am, including weekends and holidays
- Be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of guest services
- Requires strong conflict resolution skills
- Ensure a balance between hotel security and accessibility while ensuring the safety of all guests and staff
- Long periods standing required to move throughout the hotel
- Understand Emergency Response & Health and Safety procedures / processes
- Valid driver’s license
