We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Clinical Manager to join our growing, dynamic and highly skilled team.
Innovative is a growing Occupational Therapy private practice with over 50 therapists. We provide our team with extensive management support. We are looking for a manager to join our team to support the continued clinical development/supervision of our therapists.

This position requires the following mandatory qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of practice experience in the auto-sector industry
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Strong documentation and clinical skills
- Strength in leadership and teaching abilities
- Self-directed to thrive in a work from home/virtual platform
- Abilities to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership, team-building skills
- Ability to manage workload pressures as they arise
- Knowledge of community/partners
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the community served by the organization
- Commitment to fostering a positive work environment
This position involves the following duties:
- Supervision and clinical development of occupational therapists
- Develop and create professional practice resources
- Manage a team of OTs overseeing their daily practice
- Document review for appropriate clinical content
- Supporting treatment and assessment services provided by OT team members
- Mentoring and supporting OTs understanding of the SABs and MVA systems
- Facilitation of Monthly Case Conferences
- Build an effective, efficient, responsive clinical team that demonstrates a commitment to the organization’s values/philosophy, continuous learning innovation, quality improvement and embrace change with a growth mindset.
- Develop, enhance, innovate and support your OT team’s implementation of assessment/treatment protocols
- Support team roster development and growth
- Potentially maintain a small clinical caseload
