Salary Range: $48,000 - $50,000 annually Job Description: As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our office operations and providing crucial administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations and procedures to ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Schedule shipments and pick-ups, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of products.
- Process invoices from QuickBooks and send them to customers.
- Handling & managing weekly, monthly POs, accurately recording in QuickBooks
- Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure stock level accuracy
- Work closely with the warehouse team for processing of weekly orders
- Prepare formulas on Excel to speed up the processing time and accurately process orders
- Handle claims, returns, and shortages.
- Manage disputes on excel
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Process customer orders accurately and assist with order-related inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and coordinating restocking efforts.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner creating a positive first impression of our company.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of records.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required, contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Disputes with different customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Process customer orders accurately and assist with order-related inquiries.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information, orders, and data in databases.
- Handle customer payments, refunds, and billing inquiries securely and efficiently.
- Create and format documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Must Have:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
