Office Administrator

```Responsibilities```

Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Perform administrative duties

- Manage emails
- Answer phone calls, take messages and direct them to the correct department
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry

- Coordinate schedule with field supervisors

- Respond to customer inquiries and or redirect them to the appropriate department

- Update and/or correct customer information

- Other duties as assigned

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office 360 and Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Exceptional organization and follow through to ensure completion of daily tasks

- Demonstrate high standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
