Position: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Interact with clients in a warm and professional manner, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Office Management: Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing files, and coordinating office supplies.
Billing and Insurance: Oversee billing processes, work with insurance companies, and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling for both clients and practitioners.
Communication: Facilitate communication between practitioners, clients, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in a healthcare or psychology setting. If you have recently completed administrative training, and this is your first job in the field, we will also consider your application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and scheduling tools.
- A clear vulnerable sectors criminal record check.
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
- Recent administrative training is a plus.
