Main Responsibilities:
- Administers the day-to-day operations of the Club
- Supports and implements decisions of the Club Executive BOD and the Technical Head Coach and carries out, or causes items to be carried out, as instructed by the board.
- Supports operations and administration of the Club by advising and informing Board members
- Informs the Club Executive BOD on any issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Advocate and promote organizational change related to the organization's mission.
- Oversee the proper documentation of all administrative responsibilities
- Remain accountable at all times to the Club Executive BOD
- Organize volunteers
- Register and schedule all leagues and players
- Develop advertising campaign
- Apply for a grants and alternate funding
- Help organize tournaments and camps
- Maintain and update website and social media platforms
Qualifications:
- Current valid Criminal Record Check
- Good general knowledge of soccer
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize workloads
- Ability to deal effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups
- Ability to work independently
- Communicate effectively with others
- Demonstrates strong computer skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office Programs, and Google Drive Platform
- Ability to learn and work with sport specific software
- Flexibility to accommodate the work schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
