Hiring an Office administrator
Duties:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Vacancy: 1 full time-permanent position
NOC 13100
Wage: $29.50-31.50 per hour
30 hours per week
Location of work: 104-30505 Blueridge Drive, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 0B1
Start date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school
• minimum 1 year related work experience
• Language: English
