Rebellion Oilfield Equipment is looking for a Office Administrator for a permanent full-time position. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of office administration. Responsibilities of the position will include, but not limited to:
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Payables
- Administration of group Benefit plan
- Bank Reconciliation
- GST/PST Reporting
- Maintain and update company policies
- Safety/ComplyWorks
- Develop & maintain trust, as well as strong working relationships with customers & staff
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
The successful candidate must possess:
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of basic business and general office practices and procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Multitasking and organization skills within a fast-paced environment
- Can effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Must possess a high level of moral judgment for handling confidential information
- Team player, works collaboratively with colleagues in other departments on projects and process improvements, willing to take on responsibilities outside of normal day to day functions as needs arise
- Minimum grade 12 diploma
- Accounting or Business Administration Certification is an asset
- QB Online experience is an asset
- Has a minimum of 2+ years of office experience
