```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Familiarity with training development processes is a plus
- Knowledge of vendor management principles and practices
- Understanding of human resources procedures and policies
