D Floyd Construction is an active fencing and general construction company operating in Calgary and area within the housing and development market.
Our firm seeks an Office Administrator to handle day to day operations at our fast paced and growing company. The chosen candidate will participate in ordering specific materials and supplies, managing the company's requirements to submit Alberta One Call and Digshaw line locates, coordinate scheduling packages, account billing and document filing in paper and digital form. We seek candidates local to the Calgary area with a passion for detail and a desire to build their working knowledge of our construction field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support for office staff.
- Manage office supplies and order items as necessary.
- Respond to requests for information from customers, suppliers and others in the organization.
- Maintain records of company projects, resources and supplies.
- Above average functionality using Word and Excel
- Handle telephone calls from Customers and Suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
