Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
-Must be proficient in Social Media ( ie: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist in training development and implementation for new employees.
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, creating reports, and managing budgets.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Experience:
- Proficiency in using Sage for financial management tasks an asset
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and ability to assist in financial management tasks.
