Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting visitors
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Support the office team with various administrative tasks
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficient in data entry and able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free documents
- Typing speed and accuracy to complete tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling incoming calls
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is a plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
