Key Responsibilities:

Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office space, ensuring that supplies are stocked, equipment is functioning, and common areas are tidy. Contribute to a well-kept and professional workspace.
Calendar Management: Support scheduling and appointment coordination for team members. Keep track of important dates, deadlines, and meetings to help the office run smoothly.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication within the office and ensure that messages are conveyed accurately and promptly.
Documentation: Assist in the creation and organization of office documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure that records are appropriately filed and easily accessible.
Assistance with Projects: Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing assistance as needed. Contribute to the successful completion of tasks to meet overall objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Schedule and Benefits:
Part-time schedule with flexible hours. Roughly 16-20 hours per week Monday to Friday. Stat holidays off.
