Job Overview:
We are excited to offer a permanent, part-time opportunity for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is well-organized, friendly, enjoys working with numbers, excels at problem-solving, and is comfortable working independently after training. The successful candidate will perform a variety of bookkeeping and administrative duties and work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Payroll Entry and Submission
- Invoice Generation
- Conduct Monthly Reconciliations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Collaborate with operations, management, and other office staff
- Provide mentoring and supervision to junior office staff
Education & Qualifications:
- Education or experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting software
- Experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
