Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Provide administrative support to executives or managers as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain office records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
