Job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the administrative needs of our team.

This is a key position that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain office records and files in an organized manner
- Prepare reports, and correspondence as required
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role preferred but not a must have .
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial management

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
