Office Administrator

Hi-Way 9 Express Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our Red Deer team.

The shift will be Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- General administrative office duties

- Answering phones and providing customer service

- Data entry

- Scanning

- Processing credit card payments

- Preparing reports

Required Skills and Attributes:

- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Highly responsible, reliable and trustworthy

- Outgoing personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task
