Office Administrator/Dispatcher

Autoworks Tire & Wheel Distributors is a custom rim and tire distributor, with a warehouse based out of West Edmonton. We import our brands and distribute both locally and nationally.

We a currently looking to strengthen our team with a motivated, process oreineted Office Administrator/Dispatcher.

This position will be based on the following activities as well as be responsible for the overall daily challenges that arise beyond this point:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk
• Perform general duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Book daily outgoing shipments-
• Coordinate drop off and pick ups of incoming inventory
• Process payments and manage customer AR
• Maintain supplies necessary for frontend and warehouse operations
• Handle customer service-related calls regarding shipping, payments, and general information
• Pays bills and manages general services
• Other general administrator duties

We are looking for a candidate with the following experience credentials

• Experienced admin, and or dispatcher
• Proficent with Microsoft 365(Excel)
• Management expertise
• Point of sales systems

Salary: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
