Office Administrator/Receptionist

Duties:

-Greeting clients

-answering phones

-scheduling appointments

-filing

-data entry

-assembling tax returns

-maintain the front area

Qualifications and Skills:

-Enjoys working with the public

-Ability to work in a busy office environment

-Ability to prioritize and stay organized

-Reliable and dependable

-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word and Outlook

-Excellent verbal and written skills

-Some knowledge of Quickbooks

Education:

High school diploma

Experience:

1 year experience minimum

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
