Office Administrator/Receptionist

The Office Administrator is responsible for the effective operation of the Grande Prairie office of ARCH Psychological Services. The 2 essential roles of this position are:

1. Facilitating efficient delivery of clinical services to clients

2. Maintaining consistent utilization of standard admin processes

The position reports directly to the ARCH business manager located in Edmonton. Duties include scheduling & confirming appointments, reception & client support, file management, coordination & facilitation of Staff’s client services, maintenance of facility resources, and effective liaison with the Edmonton head office.

Salary: From $21.00 per hour
