Office Administrator/Receptionist

G. Little Electric and GLE Heating & Air Conditioning is currently seeking an office assistant to join our team in Penticton, BC. The Candidate will be responsible in maintaining a smooth work flow by completing administrative tasks like scheduling and invoicing, a/p, a/r and payroll. Ideal candidate will be self motivated, energetic and a team player. QBO experience an asset.

Responsibilities:

• A/R and A/P
• Answering of phone calls and scheduling of jobs to appropriate division
• Use of POS system
• Payroll
• Basic administrative duties

Skills:

• Excellent customer service
• Experience with Quickbooks Online
• Basic accounting skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Ability to multitask in a busy fast paced office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
