We are seeking a part time Office Assistant who has time management skills and can work independently. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, efficient and well organized as well as having a friendly, enthusiastic personality.
The successful candidate will report to the Office Manager and will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, typing test plans, WHMIS training, creating work orders, general purchasing.
Our office is located in a creative urban setting where the desired candidate will interact with both team members and clients on a daily basis. The right candidate will enjoy being part of a small company where he or she can use initiative and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
