Pan American Nursery Products is currently hiring for a seasonal, full-time Office Assistant position at our busy wholesale plant nursery. This position is expected to run from end of March until June, depending on the season. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm. Possibility of overtime is available, which is paid at time and a half.
Duties will include:
- Answer and direct incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Book delivery appointments/ dock times via telephone or email
- Assisting with routing truck loads
- General office tasks (filing, faxing, etc)
- Helping office manager and nursery manager with various tasks

Requirements:
- Previous office experience is required
- Must have reliable transportation (not on bus route)

- Horticulture knowledge (but not required)
