General Duties:
- Answering & directing phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Talking knowledgeably to members and prospective members about categories, payment schedules, club events/happenings, billings, etc.
- Processing member applications and setting up new accounts
- Processing member requests for change of categories
- Chit-processing errors/adjustments
- Daily posting of credit card payments to member accounts
- Phoning members to obtain updated credit card details
- Retrieve, open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily
- Posting member cheque deposits, and going to the bank as required
- Current member filing, flagging resigned files and moving to storage area, monthly
- Other organizational tasks, as assigned
- Copying and preparing packages for meetings, as required
- Covering basic Reception duties on vacations/days off Other duties, as assigned
- Daily departmental reconciliation and updating of the Point-of-Sale system
- Calculation, entering, and paying out gratuities to Food and Beverage staff via direct deposit
- Processing payroll deduction entries from staff accounts monthly
- Entering and reconciling weekly cheque, credit card and EFT deposits
- Coding, sorting, entering, and filing Accounts Payable invoices
- Paying vendor invoices via cheque or direct deposit bi-weekly
- Matching, reconciling, and entering monthly credit card statements
- Entering weekly and monthly journal entries as required
