```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing files and records, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Provide support to other team members as needed
```Skills```
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft office
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in file management and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Previous experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and software applications
- Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
